Will County book recycling this weekend.
With a few exceptions (e.g., current bestsellers or paperback novels in like-new condition), we're currently not able to accept book donations at the Library. However, we want you to know about this weekend's Book Reuse and Recycle Event at Pilcher Park in Joliet.
The Waste Services Division of Will County's Land Use Department is sponsoring this collection. "Gently used" books may be dropped off at the Pilcher Park Nature Center (enter on Gougar Road, north of U.S. 30) October 27-29, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
You can also browse through the sorted books at the event for good reads to take home!
