**We Care: Child Awareness and Rapid Escape -- Saturday, March 8th at 10 am
Children will learn the skills they need to physically, mentally, and emotionally defend themselves in dangerous situations with strangers. For children ages 5 and up.
**"Wesoly Lud" Polish Folk Dance Ensemble -- Sunday, March 9th at 4:30pmThis award-winning dance ensemble will perform a variety of dances in full costume. Their repertoire includes regional dance and vocal suites from Eastern Krakow, Lowicz, and other Polish regions.
Top Hat Bunny Craft -- Monday, March 10th at 4:30 pmChildren are invited to create an Easter bunny craft. Children 6 and under require adult help. The fee is $3 per child. To register, visit the circulation desk.

**Use Your Voice -- Tuesday, March 11th at 7 pmLearn how to create your own voice in oral storytelling. This event is a great way to become a fantastic public speaker! Teens participating in ENERGY will receive credit for attending. Pizza will be served (thanks to Chesdan's restaurant in Homer Glen!) before the program begins.
Diabetes Awareness Day Health Screening -- Wednesday, March 12th from 9 am to 12 noonFREE adult diabetes blood screening, blood pressure screening, eye screening, information on diabetes care and nutrition, and a chiropractor and foot specialist on site! Sponsored by the Goodings Grove Lions Club, in recognition of Diabetes Awareness Month.
