KIDSOpening Gaming for Kids-- Thursday, June 19th from 3-5pm, Tuesday, June 24th from 10-12pm, and Thursday, June 26th from 3-5pmStop by the library and pick from a variety of board games to play, or choose to show off your moves at Dance Dance Revolution! Play with your own group or with the library's teen volunteers. This is a drop-in session, so stop by at any time!
Ferret Program -- Friday, June 20th at 10amThink you would like a ferret for a pet? Ethel Rodriguez talks about the pros and cons of owning one of these delightful animals. Live animals will be here for you to pet!
Kids Craft -- Monday, June 23rd at 10amCelebrate summer by making a 4th of July Banner! There is a $3 fee per child, and children under 6 require adult help.
Spanish Connection -- Wednesday, June 25th from 10:30 - 11:30amLearn vocabulary, popular phrases, and culture as we explore the Spanish language! This is the first of five weekly meetings. Children entering 4th-6th grade are invited to attend. Class size is limited and registration is required. To register, visit the circulation desk or call (708) 301-7908.
July 4th Parade -- Saturday, June 28th at 11am at Culver ParkVisit the Bookmobile after the parade to see "Doc" Morrissey entertain kids of all ages with feats of magic, balloon animals, and the world's only known psychic bunny!
