Chick Lit Book Discussion -- Tuesday, August 25th at 7pm
Join in the discussion of The Bright Side of Disaster by Katherine Center. We loved the last Katherine Center book we read, so we want to hear what you think about this one! Books are available at the library for check out. New members are welcome!

TEENS

Teen Advisory Board Meeting -- Thursday, August 27th at 7pm
Teens in grade 9-12 are invited to join TAB and influence the library's teen services. We'll be discussing ideas for the launch party for our new teen space and for next year's Energy program. Members will receive volunteer hours for attending TAB meetings.

Teen Book Club -- Tuesday, September 1st at 7pm
Join us as we discuss Looks by Madeleine George and the graphic novel The Plain Janes by Celcil Castellucci and Jim Rugg! Open to teens in 6th grade and up. Have suggestions for future teen book club selections? Let Heather know!

KIDS

Lego Time -- Tuesday, August 25th at 4:30pm
Build your own Lego design to display in the library! All ages are welcome to participate. Legos will be provided.

Teen Artists Wanted!
We are still looking for teen artists to help us decorate our new teen space! Teens will be using canvas and paint (both provided by the library) to create a piece of artwork to hang. Interested teens should contact Heather or Alex at (708) 301-7908 for more information.
